From October 2005 until May 2008 I studied Computer Science in my advanced study period
at the University of Ulm, Germany.

My main focus for this peroid was on theoretical and mathematical studies in the
computer science domain.
Therefore I joined the Theoretical/Algorithmics department for the preparation of
my final diploma thesis.
Since I had great interest in computational biology(and still have!), I joined the
subdivision of Professor Dr. Enno Ohlebusch who is the head of bio-informatics.
The area of study has been on algorithms on sequences which is of great value
when it comes to fast processing of large data sets on DNA sequences.
